Thanks to this game I really wanted to eat pumpkin today. Fortunately I still had some homemade pumpkin soup in the freezer. This really got me wondering though: what are you guys eating? Anyone else has been craving pumpkin because of the game? :D

I make my pumpkin soup with pumpkin (hokkaido), potatoes, carrots (if I have any and if I'am not too lazy), parsley roots (if I have any), some type of onion (If I don't forget) and (for convenience reasons) vegetable stock. I just stew the onions in some oil untill they are glassy. Then I add all the chopped vegetables and enough vegetable stock untill I can see the liquid between the chopped pieces. I just let it cook untill I can stab everything on a fork with ease. Blend and I'm done :3


I think some people make pumpkin soup with curry? I have to try that some day.
