Not sure if I'm interpreting your question correctly, so yell at me if I'm not, but if you're looking to sell pumpkin products, sprouting pumpkins currently have the most value since all stew recipes require them. They typically sell for 15 PC each, which is more than full-grown pumpkins (10 PC normally). Just to note, all sprouting pumpkins are colorless (neutral). I'd say pumpkin flowers have the lowest demand of all the pumpkin products, since only one or two recipes need them. No clue how much those usually sell for.

Specific colors? The demand tends to vary, and honestly people will buy any full-grown pumpkins just for food.

Ah, then I'd say lime or black are what most people are looking for, and sometimes you'll find someone who's willing to pay more because they need it quickly, but most of the time full-grown pumpkins are still 10 PC.

And you may have already guessed, but it's good to sell pumpkins that are the color of a pet that was just released, since people will be hunting for it.

i've found sprouting pumpkins to be the most lucrative. it takes a bit of planning to harvest at the right time, but i make 14 pc per pumpkin and that's adding up fast.
