This idea is about letting players decorate multiple houses and show them on their user profile.

• You can still only inhabit one house at a time


• Your profile shows additional houses you own


• People visiting your profile can click on different houses to look at the rooms in these houses


• You can decorate the rooms in your other houses just like your inhabited house


• You can not use the pixpet, plant or pumpkin slots in the additional houses



• You have to buy "land" to add additional houses to your displayed houses. Placing a bigger house takes up more land. (Not sure about what to name this yet or what measurement to use.. acres? m²? pixpetmeters? What I mean is a starter hut takes up 1 pm² while a villa takes 15 pm² or something like this^^) The cost of "land" increases similar to the cost of inventory space. This is so that people are discouraged to use the additional houses instead of expanding their inventory.

A simple mockup how this could look on the user profile:

The first big house shown is the house you are currently viewing (will start on the house the person is using for plants/pumpkins) and when you click the other houses you will see their rooms.










Pros of this idea:

• Money sink because we will buy (and keep) more houses


• Less popular deco items will find more use since people will make more experimental rooms


• People have more to do, decorating all those rooms


• Fun!

Cons of this idea:

• The price of "land" needs to be carefully chosen so that people don't use the additional houses instead of inventory space
