If you're going to talk to your parents soon, another thing that might help your case is appealing to their sense of parenting. Assuming that they want to be good parents, then they'll want you to approach them with all of your problems, rather than asking strangers on the internet for help. So you could say something like, "I love you guys, and I want to be open with you, but in order for that to happen, I have to feel emotionally safe with you. And that means I need to feel accepted. But as long as I don't feel accepted, I'll always look for help that doesn't involve you. Because this situation will have taught me that I can't go to you for everything." Of course, they might come back and say something like, "Well, you wouldn't need to be secretive if you weren't doing something wrong." If they do say something along these lines, it's just gonna lead straight to an argument and more yelling, so I would just try to de-escalate it by saying something like "If I am doing something wrong, this isn't going to be fixed by arguing or punishment. All that will do is put distance between us." And keep insisting that as long as they're disapproving about your orientation, it'll just hurt your relationship with them.
