First of all I love the way you phrased the question, that was fun to read XD

So with referrals, unfortunately new referrals aren't possible anymore. I'm really sorry! They were disabled (I think last year?) with the intention of simplifying the registration form. The good news is that anyone who has existing referrals will still receive the PC rewards.

Maybe it'll be reconsidered someday, I personally thought it was a neat thing to have, but for now it's unavailable. Sorry bout that >w<
