My first language is Russian, I thought I'd try to make Russian names for a few species...


Bloomfer = Tsveryok / Tsvetoryok
tsvetok (цветок) = flower, horyok (хорёк) = ferret
Note: the first variant sounds similar to "zveryok" (зверёк), meaning "small mammal", which may not be a good thing.
Note 2: I didn't realize this pet was based on a ferret until it was pointed out, which is ironic because my family had a ferret as a pet.

Canisqua = Sobakva / Vodaka
sobaka (собака) = dog, voda (вода) = water

Feliphene = Kotofen
Koshka (кошка) = cat or more specifically female cat, kot (кот) = male cat
Note: this sounds similar to Kotofey (Котофей), the name of a male cat from a Russian folk tale.

Mobath = Molemysh / Myshemol'
mol' (моль) = moth, letuchaya mysh (летучая мышь) = bat
Note: "letuchaya mysh" literally means "flying mouse".

Parrogrine = Populaym
popugay (попугай) = parrot, laym (лайм) = lime

Pydeer = Plamelen'
plamya (пламя) = flame, olen' (олень) = deer

Tuxo = Tuka
tukan (тукан) = toucan

Unicubb = Medverog
medved' (медведь) = bear, rog (рог) = horn
