Either have everything just start at 2, or shift the pumpkins to not be a part of the decoration placements. I almost always get this confused and misplace items when reshuffling my outside deco. |

Some gardens do have spaces in row 1 that they can use. The Historic City Apartment for example has C1. That flower bed looks very at home in C1 in that house. |
