Roodoku does not award pixcoins when I end a game I did not complete/win and win a new one within the same instance of running the game. I ended a game before completing it and then selected to play a new one. This has happened on multiple occasions but I just confirmed it by doing this.

It took me 13 minutes to win the round, although I do not think that time taken is relevant to whether or not PC is awarded, because I've also tested for the other tiers.

I have noticed this too. For now I recommend coming completely out of the game and restart if you decide to end a game a start a new one. Hopefully this can be fixed though, as it can be frustrating when you’ve put so much work into completing a Roodoku.

I'm not sure that it happens every time you start a new game while not completing the one before -- I have just solved a Roodku in 7:35 after canceling the game before without restarting the game, and I have confirmed that I lost my remaining Arcade Token and received the pixcoins[1].

Does it use up your Arcade Token, @rainbows?

Specs: Friefox 69.0.3 (64-bit), Windows 10, no adblocker enabled (i.e. switched off both uBlock Origin and uMatrix)

[1] Confirmed via a non-reloaded mobile phone tab from an hour ago

No, @xianvar, my token is not used up, even when it gives the "Congratulations!" popup and acts as though I should have been awarded my pixcoins.

Huh, that's super weird. I had a similar thing (though for every game, not just restarts after losing/quitting) which was fixed by disabling all my adblockers, did you try that? (I apologize if you did, it was just what helped me)

When you won a game, did you immediately click on "Exit" or "Return to Pixpet Arcade" when you didn't receive the reward?

I always click on my arcade tokens after successfully finishing a game.

I got this issue, just now. Completed a game with 3 tokens, says I have no tokens and won't give me my coins. Really frustrating, as I even encountered this problem yesterday too. Wasted a lot of time on these puzzles. x_x

How long did you have the roodoku open? Under 20mins like displayed? We know this problem has to do with session timeouts.

I keep getting the same problem too. Not only that, but I have a suggestion. Every time someone completes a game, when they refresh, rewards start coming in, or is that already present?

I think I’ve reported this in another forum post but...

Sometimes I get the same screen as the screen shot but when I go into my PC log, it says it gave me the reward nonetheless so I don’t usually pay it too much mind.

I've been experiencing the same thing as Wanderer, getting the "no tokens" message but still seeing an accurate change in my pixcoins
From what I've noticed this only happens when using the last arcade token for the day

Just now I played three games of Roodoku, first two times I got my PC but not for the third time, it shows me having 0 tokens. I played all three games in one session, started with three tokens, didn't play anything before today.
