Description of the Bug: Page auto scrolls to the bottom of interaction bars on user/pixpet/pixpal pages. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open the page of user/pixpet/pixpal 2. Start scrolling to reach the bottom of the page near the sorting options What should have happened? The page shouldn't have auto-scrolled to the bottom, it causes a strange jittery motion. What did happen? The page jittered and snapped down to the bottom of the sorting options/potions bar (I'm only using the pixpet page for example but it has been happening on all pages). Could you try on a different browser and see if you're still getting the same error? So that we can nail down if this is a hardware/malware/software issue. If you happen to have a tablet installed, try unplugging it and testing as well, I've run into issues sometimes on webpages where tablet scroll has a mind of it's own. We've unfortunately been unable to replicate this issue so far on our end. (Or if any other player is encountering this please let us know, thanks) |

Would suggest running an anti malware scan on your PC just incase, not really sure what could be causing the issue otherwise from looking at what you have plugged in. Sort of boggling the mind if your screen just keeps autoscrolling down and you have to scroll up. Is it only like this on Pixpet and no other website? e_e |

T_T doubt the problem will magically go away on its own either. Only thing I can think of that was implemented recently is we did add a blank space at the bottom so that the ads won't interfere with say people trying to buy things from other shops. For now please use the other browser that wasn't causing the problem while we wait on the solution and hopefully that might fix it. I'll keep you posted on when to check via DM if not here. |

I believe has something to do with ads loading in on the page since it seemed to happen whenever an ad would load in. |

Had a word with them, as dumb as this sounds, suggest trying a different keyboard/mouse and seeing if the problem still persists so we can figure out if something is clashing. |

Would be a different case if other people were getting this too, and looking into the code doesn't seem to be anything causing a scroll, is all quite frustrating, but so far seems isolated x_x If you try on mobile with the ads you're getting, same scroll or none? |

The other day, I finally cleaned my PC tower and all its USB ports for the first time in nearly 2 years (I know I know terrible). But that seemed to have done the trick! So sorry for not trying that sooner but I'm glad it was a simple fix! ^-^ |
