Description of the Bug: Page auto scrolls to the bottom of interaction bars on user/pixpet/pixpal pages. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open the page of user/pixpet/pixpal 2. Start scrolling to reach the bottom of the page near the sorting options What should have happened? The page shouldn't have auto-scrolled to the bottom, it causes a strange jittery motion. What did happen? The page jittered and snapped down to the bottom of the sorting options/potions bar (I'm only using the pixpet page for example but it has been happening on all pages).
