Hi newbie here,

I been playing adventure and got to the point where I’m in the city hall governor office. I just received the ‘badge of the city’ but Before I could leave she also asked if I can return the ‘city guard insignia’ back to her.

I currently don’t have it in my inventory and I can’t use the return button to leave the office, so I’m stuck with her asking for it. What do I do?

Hi, I literally just made my account last night and have already run into this issue. In my case, I was not level 10 yet and so should not have been able to get into the city as far as I know? But I was just exploring near Pixpet City and just. Ended up there somehow? I was kind of clicking haphazardly and skimming the text, so I'm not sure how exactly it happened. But once I got there, I wasn't able to leave the city no matter where I wandered to, since there was no Northern entrance, and eventually I ended up in the Mayor's office, which is where I became stuck in this bug. I assume it's because I never did the helping the guard quest, and therefore do not have the required item.

I'm enjoying the game quite a bit otherwise and am looking forward to playing more, but I can neither progress nor exit the adventure at this point. I would greatly appreciate some help.

The affected pet is a Feliphene named Glimmer, and her ID number is apparently 329241 if you need that. Thanks for looking into this.
