I’ve been coming out here pretty much since I hatched, but I don’t really know what I’m doing.” He paused, wondering if Roe would ever look back up at him. “I never even thought it might be dangerous out here, until I heard you mention beasts. Do you really think there are creatures that might try to eat us? You were pretty brave, actually, the way you called out earlier.”
