Hello! There's a couple of easy ways to get food/pumpkin seeds. The easiest is to interact every day with other users by going on their page and playing the lottery (that's how I get most of my seeds). You can also play Sunobra Chase or Pydeer Delivery (there's a fantastic guide on the latter here).

You can also buy seeds and pumpkin products in the market and in usershops.
